That tent isn't big enough to make good use of a 600W light. You're better off with a 400W. You could easily fit 5 or 6 plants in there. Tents don't control odor unless you have an active exhaust with a carbon scrubber. You'll need it for more than a few plants.

Sounds like you have the right idea regarding temps and light distance. Any way you can drop the temps a little? Should be below 80. Maybe a small desk fan will suffice, but don't use it if it's blowing your plants to shit.

The discoloring on the second pic might due to low temps. The light distance is probably fine for now, but try getting it closer in a week. How many total watts is that? Not really much to say about your mutant seedling. Hopefully it recovers. Maybe the little fucker will be able to shoot laser...
