they look healthy?

first pic is 1 month old and second pic is 4 days old how do they look

Is that some yellowing around the edges I see in the first pic? The second one isn't looking good. The leaves appear to be facing downward. Might mean heat stress.

yea its a little bit yellow i threw some slow release ferts by mistake nd it burned it on the edges .. do you think by adding a fan it will cut down the heat stress?

Only a thermometer can answer that for you. You want your temp around 80, preferably in the 70's. Just make sure the fan isn't blowing too hard on the plants. The little one especially can't handle much wind. Lastly, you probably won't need to add any ferts for a few weeks so don't go adding anything in the meantime.
