Feedback so far - Need help

Here are the pics of my new grow. One of the healthy plant and one of the unhealthy ones, the current setup (showing light distance from jiffys) and the distance and position of the fan from the setup.

Can you give me feedback on all pictures. Is my light too far from the plant? Is the fan positioned ok? And obviously, what is up with the ill plant?
Also can you see the brown on the underside of the cotyledon (2nd Picture)? Anything to be worried about? Sorry for all the questions, appreciate your time people, am learning loads.

The discoloring on the second pic might due to low temps. The light distance is probably fine for now, but try getting it closer in a week. How many total watts is that? Not really much to say about your mutant seedling. Hopefully it recovers. Maybe the little fucker will be able to shoot laser beams or something.

I'm using a 200w 6500K envirolite 13000 lumens. The temps have always been 80+. I can't really get it much closer without the temps raising above 90. I doubt the mutant one will be alive by tomorrow. I'm doing all I can.

Sounds like you have the right idea regarding temps and light distance. Any way you can drop the temps a little? Should be below 80. Maybe a small desk fan will suffice, but don't use it if it's blowing your plants to shit.

the cupboard temp is around 74 but by the light its 80. I got a fan blowing lightly towards the plants and light to keep the temp at 82 approx. I'm having to water regularly though as the pellets dry out quick. Do you know how long until I will have to transplant? Im using the oxypot hydro system.

thanks for the replies so far
