how do you cali growers feelabout this

This particular measure is only for Oakland. The rest of Cali isn't affected. It appears that the tax is only incurred by dispensary owners so I'm not sure how actual growers would be affected unless they in turn start paying less for crops and charging more for medicine. There's another...

    Watering schedule

Figure out how much water it takes to cause 10% runoff at the bottom of your pot and that's how much you're supposed to water. Once watered, wait to see how long it takes for the top inch of soil to dry out(not bone dry) and that's how long you wait between waterings.

    plants not looking too good!!!

You're feeding them too much. The surface of that rockwool should dry out a bit between waterings. If it's always soaked, your roots suffocate from lack of oxygen.

    best excuse for power consumtion

Sorry, but this whole plan sounds like a bad idea. You're better off renting an old house, that way the owner won't have any idea how much you're paying for electricity, plus there's less of a chance of him/her dropping by unannounced, plus no people coming in out of the attached structure of...

NEED HELP! Ventillation, AC, NO FRESH AIR

Mylar is very reflective, yes, but not much more than white colored walls, plus working with mylar is kind of a bitch. Lots of people use it, though.

    Temperature control unit needed

Never used it, but I actually bought one. Didn't need it afterall so I never took it out of the box. Automation isn't really a concern for me since I'm almost always near my plants.

NEED HELP! Ventillation, AC, NO FRESH AIR

If you have the cash, go with HID. I'm not saying that T5's can't produce, just not as well as HID, which put out more lumens per watt than fluoros. Also, believe it or not, 12 plants don't require a whole lot of space. You could easily squeeze them into a large grow tent like this one...

    Feminized seeds

I've used them on a couple of past grows and I ended up with zero hermies.

    clothes dryer hash?

Sure you're not thinking of using a washing machine? Never heard of using a dryer. Here's what I'm talking about: http://www.thcfarmer.com/forums/f59/washing-machine-hash-part-1-a-3979/

NEED HELP! Ventillation, AC, NO FRESH AIR

Keep in mind that you need approximately 50W per square feet of grow space. T5's are cheaper, but HID(MH/HPS) lights offer the best results. If you're trying to save money, go with CFL's. T5's and CFL's don't put off much heat, so cooling shouldn't be too difficult. Will you be growing in an...

What do you think she'll yield????

Can't really say how much she'll yield. Ask again when she's only a few weeks from finishing. Nice looking plant by the way, though I'm more of an indica guy. +rep

NEED HELP! Ventillation, AC, NO FRESH AIR

I think you should first decide what kind of lighting you'll use, and how much of it before you forumulate a cooling strategy. Your light setup will largely dictate how aggressive you need to be with cooling.

    Low-Budget Lighting

Give Pixlr a try sometime. Pretty straight forward, plus no downloading and installing software.

    Nicely done, sir.

    Low-Budget Lighting

That's plenty of light for one plant, but you may want to partition off your grow space so your light doesn't have to spread itself over 16 sq. feet. You can grow a nice healthy plant with only half that much space. Also, you should consider getting separate bulbs for veg and flowering. You'll...

    A simple watering question...

Rule of thumb, water until you get 10% runoff. Don't water again until the top inch of soil is relatively dry.

    Cloning Questions!!!!!

That's plenty of light for clones. Did you use any cloning gel?

Lower Water pH - Best Method

It'll work. Make sure you test every day because vinegar isn't as stable as pH Down, which you can get at pet stores near the aquarium supplies.

    tall plants

Only top as a last resort. Try to tie it down first with some twine. Be careful with each bend and you'll probably need to adjust your ties until the plant stops growing.
