I use 50/50 soil/perlite for super drainage. I've found it to help with good strong roots as well.

It's actually 3-3 1/2times the container. So if ur flushing a 1gal. pot, use 3-3 1/2 gal. of water. Distilled.

i personally don't use it every watering, but I know some people do. They'll use it the whole time too. I've just found it to be better towards the end of flowering. I'll stop nutes a little early, like 2 1/2-3wks, then I'll use just the water and mollasses.

what i do with my seedling is- take the bell thing off the clamp-on light. Then get the splitter, and clamp 2 lamps around the pot- that'd be 4 lightstotal per sprout. so far, I've foud this to produce a nice bushy plant when the lights are kept the proper distance away- like 1 or two inches...

Depends, What wattage and what kind of bulb? Hps? Mh? Cfl? I know my 400w hps is puttin out about 50,000 lumens.

I just hang em up in a real dark place, darker than the back of ur eyelids. it took about a week til they were smokable, but definately got better and better as they dried. if u want to do the jar, ur supposed to hang the buds till the stem inside snaps when u bend it, then into the jars and...

Instead of germin in soil, I do the ole wet paper towel in the dark method. Then once it sprouts a little taproot, I put em in one of those expandable peat pellet things till they sprout, then straight into the soil so i don't gotta worry about stressing out my little one's during transplant.

Ur lookin good there. I'm no expert, but personally, I don't stop the nutes til a week maybe two before harvest, and thats when I'd flush. I've also found that lots of light = fat buds. Good luck with the widow :peace:

My buddy had the same prob this year with his. It was gettin really cold really fast, and the triches were all cloudy. We were hopin to let em go amber but the weather had other ideas. We ended up pullin it, and man it was some good ole smoke.

A digital thermometer shoud be used to keep an eye on the actual temps at or around plant level. The laser will tell u the acual temp of the plant, light, anything u point it at, which is good as well, but for overall temps, go with the dig therm.

It looks alright. Still think ur gona want more lights, otherwise, ur plants will keep growing long and lanky with few leaves. They got these clip-on lights and light socket splitters at home depot for cheap. I use 4 lights per plant for vegging, just clip the light with the splitter right on...

Cfl's are great for veg, and they DO work for flowering. Daylight cfl's for veg, and soft white for flowering. If u wanna use the cfl's for flowering, ur gonna want a shit load of em, all over ur plant, otherwise just get the hps. Why u worried about the pigs? Around here, I got hella cops too...
