I ended up having to mount my ballist and everything on the outside of my cabinet cause the heat was like 50C inside lol... almost killed them the first day

lol yeah! that is for sure!!!! lol I went from getting an 8th maybe my first grow to a 1/4 to almost 2 oz so.... and each time they went longer and longer.... I wish I had an 8 week plant... I veg mine for 8 weeks then it's another 10+ til crop..... but it is prime bud... and I make the shake...

oh I'm not worried ;) I wanted them to go to flower.... this time I'm growing them a bit taller before I change the lights..... :D I'm not in so much of a rush this time.... lol and it's not summer... so I won't have to worry about heat issues :D

those are some pretty nice plants.... I did the floro grow at the start cause it was cheap.... ;) then my buddy got a job at the electrical supply place ;) so yeah hps lights and ballast became cost plus 5% so like $80 for my 400 watt HPS.... if you got room and the money... it is definately...

lol yeah... I'm kinda limited to space... and the light cycle was running 12/12 when they were put in.... I gots 5 more going now... upgraded my hood too, will see way better results this time.

Hey all just wanted to see what ya all thought of my last crop off. only had two plants... lol between 12" -14" tall.... got just under 2 oz out of it all... was a purple kush strain... I had them flowering for aprox 10-11 weeks before I cut them down. had these started late in the summer...

yeah I'd recommend HPS over flouros.... here's a few pix of my first and second grow..... I ended up switching to a 400w HPS at the end of my first grow. huge difference in plant and bud size.

I wouldn't use water... when I make it I make it so I can hoot it every few days and leave it for a while... if you get water in there it'll mold..... I try to keep mine as dry as possible.... I use a small square of filter, just enough to cover the end.... the more paper you have there the more...
