i wouldnt trim. if any leaves start to die trim em off, but cutting off healthy, working leaves you will cause a metobolic imbalance and stress the plant. its like if you cut your stomake in half, you would never feel full or get proper nutrition. leaves are batteries =]

it is either VERY VERY hermi... or male. it looks healthy, but nobody can tell you what strain or how good it will be. it deffinatly is sativa though. on a female those "balls" will pop out white "hairs" called pistils.
