I have run every hydro method except NFT and I have done in between 4 plants and 10 plants at a time. Certainly not a huge grow but I would not EVER do anything but RDWC. I have yet to see another method produce a better result in terms of overall speed, vigor and yield than RDWC.

They are completely different lights that are measured in a completely different way and vary in quality greatly depending on manufacturer so any answer here is merely a guess and your guess is as good as any.

Mine were all small, took forever to flower and the high was close to non existent. I used to be one of the few people that thought GHS was ok but I wont waste another dime on them after that strain.
