They're falling because they're stretching too high because the light is weak... you need more light in order to keep them short and bushy.. CFL's are a good start for seedlings because the light is so bright and close..
Basically the plants are saying they want more light and they think they...
Well guys, today she's officially 3 week and 6 days old, and here she is, one week from the start of LST.. Pretty friggin awesome progress if you ask me :D
and some comparison shots:

My little buddy is at 3 weeks, 6 days old today.
Here's some pics from the past few days:

and here's a few from today (a week after starting LST.. Look how many "main cola's" there are now :D... )
I had 1 27 watt on my seedling until about 1 week in age, then I moved to 4 27 watt CFL'S which put me over 100w total.. I then a couple of weeks later upgraded again and have 6 lights now, and I feel like I'm still not going to have enough light once it starts flowering...
I'm really not sure...
Not sure why it would have died so soon :( Too bad..
I think I've posted my grow journal in the wrong forum, not that this is not a RIGHT place to post it, but as you can see, the traffic in the CFL growing subforum is very low, I'm barely getting any responses in my threads..
I was wondering...
Check out youtube, there's a dude who makes videos called "Tokin' Daily" and he has a few training videos.. when I first saw how intensely he manhandled his plant to get it to bend over it made me scared, but consider this fact: LST is called LOW stress training for a reason. there certainly is...
I'm running this baby in 18/6.. you be the judge:
1 week and 6 days old:
2 weeks and 6 days old:
LST'd on that day (2w 6d), here's a picture right when I LST'd:
and here's a comparison picture of her today at 3 weeks and 3 days.
18/6
I started the first few days with 24 hours straight, then I changed it to 18/6 when I bought a timer, and it's been on 18 6 ever since..
I'm going to start flowering at either the end of next week, or the week after, at which point I'll be moving to 2700k CFL's and a 12/12 cycle
Well I've always maintained a very close distance with lights, from the beginning until now.. When it started as a seedling I had the light 2 or 3 inches above the cup, and I always kept it 3 or 4 inches away from the foliage at all times (which means a lot of adjusting the light height every...
to be honest i think this may be what it is.. touching the fragile centers of growth when I was LSTing..
I'll give it a couple of days and see how it progresses..
