You could get an adjustable dc adapter. Mine can do 6/9/12/15volts and I just turn the volts down on the fans when temps get cooler. Computer shops also sell resistor cables that will slow fans down.

Sorry to confuse. When I said psu I was talking about a 12v dc adaptor. You can use an old phone charger if it says it's 12v. The double sockets should work but idk for sure as they are intended for lower voltage systems.
