Plants are looking good but they aren't mature enough to flower just yet. They will get there quickly under 12/12. Plants in the last 2 pics should show sex in 3 - 4 weeks or so.

The damage on the last pic still looks much like a drop of something that's dried on the plant rather than any kind of deficiency. Do you have any humidity figures?

That is heat burn. The plant is withdrawing inwards to conserve moisture. Put a plastic bag over the last one to raise humidity and it may pull through if you get the temps under control.

Looks like you got 4 x 80mm. I use 2 x 80 + 1 x 92mm all running at 7.5 volts but in a totally different setup.

Hey magicspoons Sorry I didn't chime in earlier, I know a bit about 125w cfl grows, but I assumed you were taking the piss. That strain is an 8 - 10 foot outdoor strain and you are growing 4 in a pc case at the same time. Veg all you like, you'll be making other plans in about 3 weeks anyway.

Good to see the plants are coming along fine. Sorry for my failing eyes but I still can't quite make out what it is. I'm thinking it may be a little bit of fungus or mold which can happen if the top layer of soil doesn't dry out quickly enough. If that's what it is then try a little less water...
