I run 50-65% all the way through flower, I do believe in vpd. That being said I have overkill exhaust and a dehumidifier that keeps everything in the area in check. I guess it's also notable that I live in a dry climate but I love it and haven't had mold in years. FRESH air is the enemy of mold.

Your humidity will be raised when plants and wet soil are in there. Personally I don't think you'll need a humidifier at all. I used to think that, and now I have a dehumidifier running in my house.

A non return valve would be the same as a check valve, only allows water to flow one direction through the tube. They are nice but I have had them fail in such a low pressure situation. The hole is always my go to because it doesn't rely on moving parts that can fail.

at the top of your run coming out of the res at the highest point you need a hole so air can equalize the pressure in the tube to prevent siphon. I always put a 1/4 inch drip line in the top and put a dropper on the end so I don't lose too much pressure and zip tie it to the tube so it drips...

Rosin revolution makes great nylon bags in different sizes and I use 37 micron for hash and 160 for flower. You just want parchment paper, not wax paper. Don't use the wax paper at all, a cheap roll of parchment will last a long time.

Fresh air, lots of exhaust. Prevention is key, if it gets moldy you failed and should throw that shit away unless you want to smoke it yourself and risk getting sick. My flowering room is usually in the 55-70% humidity range and no mold in years. Better vpd but I have a LOT of exhaust/intake...

If it's just a few nanners I'd pick them off and not worry too much but if there's a lot then you should use your judgement. If you chop now it will still get you baked but probably not what you'd expect. I personally would give it another week then make the call.

Some people are just dicks, I personally run 11.5 on the entire run and my 9 week finishers are done in 8, I wouldn't go much lower without far red though.
