Just make sure to switch those 6500k floros over to 2700k when u switch to flower, maybe leave 1 6500k in there to get a mixed spectrum (plants appreciate it).

If shes dry give her some water, my guess would be that shes focusing her energy on root development and in a week or so shes gonna take off.

Leaves look nice and green but that purple staulk is trippy, never seen / heard of the entire stem on a plant being straight purple like that, maybe its the strain? Who knows, id look into it tho.
