Yes its the resin the plant is extruding. Try not to touch the buds too much. And it appears the pollen sack ur talking about is just a swollen calyx. Calyxes are what make up a bud and the swell up and grow ontop of eachother until a beautiful nuggy is formed

Uhh ur cfl puts out 5,600 lumens, my 600w hps puts out 92,000 lumens... HUGE difference...

You could get some pretty good buds for 2800 in ny, its all about who you know. But the top shelf shit like some nice dank kush or sour goes for atleast 3200, ive heard of lbs being sold upwards of 5-6k
