Not going to argue with you. Manufacturer PHI for grapes is 14 days. Its likely pointless to debate this point further if you would knowingly eat grapes that have been treated less than 14 days prior to harvest.
The home remedies of baking soda or milk work by raising pH on surfaces. A sulphur vaporizer does this without adding moisture and achieves better coverage.
Start with fixing your environmental issues. Too humid likely. Perhaps a lack of air circulation.
Stay between 45 and 55 %. Dont let ventilation quit when lights are off unless you have a dehumidifier.
By makeup air i do mean the air that will replace what is exhausted venting the air cooled hoods.
If your not using room air, where are you getting it from?
