    Insulate and add a vapor barrier imo. Use blueboard and paint with satin white exterior latex from a good manufacturer (satin cleans better than flat, exterior is mildew resistant).

    Northern Colorado is pretty bleak due to low patient count. Most doctors are in Denver, Boulder, Springs. Its worth the drive, just pick a pretty day and enjoy the ride, Colorado is truly beautiful. In Denver I would use cannaqual(.com)

    Go see Dr. Bruce Reimers. Ask for a renewal, say you left your card at home since you grow your own. Charge for visit $65 + $85 for a 25 plant count. He does other counts for less.

    Flushing after adding phosphorus is counterproductive. Damaged growth does not recover. Watch new growth for indications of health. Pics will help, your diagnosis may be in error or there may be multiple issues to resolve.

    My brine runs only 15 feet to a washer / dryer drain. My RO output runs a good 60 feet to the float valve on my 300 gallon tank. I've had really long brine outputs before though.

    Increase reservoir size. Your various nutrient components are depleted at different rates. Such a small reservoir will be quickly unbalanced by a larger plant as your pH flux indicates.
