First question has to be 1500w?? and what type of led (all leds are equal but some are more equal than others!!) blurple? full spectrum white or some hybrid? assuming they are 'claimed 1500w' they are likely to actually be more like 500w measured at the wall, in which case that is sufficient...

Vero 29 gen7's are now 140+l/w @ 120w (ish) per cob and cost £27 with a built in holder, this is why I constantly refer to them, hard to beat for bang fer yer buck. Is just coolin the gits and having enuff headroom so you don't fry the top of yer canopy! Is easier to deploy 40-60w cobs generally...

I build my lights at cost plus 30% for labour, they usually come in just a few pence under a pound (£) a watt so each 600w unit would cost the client £600 depending on if they go with my budget recommendations or opt for a one off special which obviously incurs far more build time and testing...
