    Is this scrogg setup right?

I can definately understand now why you would use multiple plants. But since I've lately been going from female seeds only and no clones I just been veggies one plant for 6 weeks to fill and i still have extra beans left. It would be nice to run 2 in one and only veg for half the time.

    Is this scrogg setup right?

I never understood why people do multiple plants under a scrog. I use one plant train til it fills the screen 75-80 Percent normally that's about 5 weeks of veg and then flip to 12 12. yield is usually 10-12 oz depending on strain. Seems like a waste with multiples but to each his own.

Two different strains in same seed pack?

Well I figure fuck it. As long as they come out good and smoke good Ill be alright. Only thing will suck is if that lemon plant ends up being really good I wont really know if I can get it back as I ddnt do any clones this time. Everyone take a look at where these two are in my pics above that...

Two different strains in same seed pack?

wow lots of replies. I thank all of you. I said I would upload pics today and here they are. The 1st is the tall one that I most definitely think is big bud. The second is the lemony smelling one. You can see the difference in heights and the way the buds are forming. This is week 5 of flower.

Ive only bought from nirvana for the past 7 years so it was nirvanas. I thought also it had a skunky earthy smell to it and my plant on the left has it. The one on the right is short squatty definitely indica dominant just smells like a big lemon skunk. I am really excited to smoke that bitch...

Two different strains in same seed pack?

Has anyone ordered from nirvana and grew and think you might have gotten a different strain than your other? I am recently growing Nirvana pre 99 Big Bud. Both vegged for 6 weeks now week 5 of flower one is short and squatty the other is 12-16 inches taller. Now that is not what is perplexing...

    Intense light overworking/killing leaves.

Yea would definitely need a pic. Sounds like your getting light bleaching and not nute burn but I would have to see to be sure. You can increase the light to 30 in and see if that helps. Your running at approx. 7200 lm/per sq ft. Increasing that light by 6 inches would drop you to approx...

Lumens, Lux, and Adding It all Up

1 lumen is = to 1 footcandle. 1 footcandle is also equal to 10.76 Lux not lumens.

Lumens, Lux, and Adding It all Up

Not trying to sound like a douche but I dont think that is correct. 100K lux is approx. 9200 lumens per sq foot. I flower at 90K lux with no bleaching or problems. The power of the sun is 10k lumens per sq ft so I try to stay close to that. It is easily accomplished with a 600 watt hps in a...

Lumens, Lux, and Adding It all Up

Craig the color temp is fine as I run 600s with 2000k Apollo horticulture bulbs and haven't had a prob except they degrade pretty quick. Maybe 2 grows out of em before they gotta go. Get yourself a lux meter (Amazon approx. 20 bucks) and hold it at the tops of your plants and it will give you...

    Dry kool bloom

yes of course. I think it was an overdose. I run DWC hydro and 5 grams probably sent them into shock. The program I was using said only a qtr gram per gallon so I ended up using 4 times the amount (which was on the bottle go figure). All turned out okay though. Lost in yield unfortunately...

    Dry kool bloom

Well had to harvest my jock horror 3 weeks early because I had switched over to using dry kool bloom by GH to fatten up the buds for 2 weeks and then I was going to flush the last week. Instead of going by my recirculating nute program I went off the bottle which said 1.25 grams per 4 liters so...

How to split a single fan's pressure evenly between unequal sized areas

go on amazon and buy a velometer for about 60 bucks. Its a tool we use to get the cfm of air moving from a fan or vent. you can use dampers that would be the easiest way without doing a ton of calculations. The unfortunate part is people dont understand that duct is rated and it doesnt matter...

Making things undetectable - IR cameras

in FL they still use choppers and FLIR Cameras to help obtain a warrant. They have to have probable cause and then they go to the judge to get the order to use FLIR.

If it is a split system than you need an air handler to cool the inside what you got is a condenser. Also 5 tons is huge unless your trying to cool 2500 sq ft.

Sub panel box. How big do I need

If you havent bought the equipment by your lights and a/c in 220v. You could easily run a 60 amp sub panel and have enough to accomodate what your are looking for.

Making things undetectable - IR cameras

They emit less heat but the heat tends to build up in the room and still looks hot. If you are scared of police helicopters, vent your hot air into the ceing out of your room. It will make the whole roof look hot and there is no way to pinpoint a hot room. I would not vent outside as FLIR...

Programmable thermostat for mini split AC

You will have a hard time with this because when you lose power to a mini split it usually comes back on in the off position so many third party t-stats wont work. Not to mention that most of the time if you have a microprocessing board inside (which most have) then their is a power converter...

cooling 200 sq feet 10 degrees

Your room is 2250 cfm an 8 inch vortex is about 700-800 cfm. This means when it runs you will change your air out in 3 mins. You have two options you can wire in an increment timer to come on and off at a certain time. You would have to sit and see how long it takes the room to heat up first...
