Is there a reason why your using both cal/mag and Epsom salt at the same time?
If it were me, I think I would save the epsom salt for foliar spraying if you discovered symtoms of a mag deficiency and go with approximately 100ppm cal/mag.
I'm not a hydro guy but that fertilizer seems like it's...
I'm not trying to argue but, I don't think the small amount of nitrogen (often found in cal/mag) is going to do any harm to this plant from looking at the pic. If anything it could use a slight increase in nitrogen.
Sorry, that's not a mag def, it's a calcium deficiency....
Epsom salt would help if it were a mag def but not a cal def. Ca/mag will help with either a cal or mag def.
It's not fair to compare the sizes of the two plants to each other unless there are clones.
You can try to see if you get the plant out of the container while keeping the soil and rootball intact but it's risky. Do you see any roots coming out the drainage holes?
I wouldn't transplant until her roots filled the container. Otherwise, the soil may fall off the roots and cause shock to the plant. The grow should pick up since she just recovered from the topping.
