That's positively tropical temperatures compared to the temps I grow in lol. I'd be vegging in 12°C at times. I use soil and heatmat to keep soil warm in winter Hydro would be good for winter as the water can be kept at a constant temp with a fish tank heater, keeping area a bit warmer.
