You'd be surprised how much light it's getting for such low wattage. Maybe download a light meter app. That'll give you a ball park figure.

Is the light 600 watts? Your plant is quite small. It looks slightly stressed. I wouldn't be turning the light up just yet. You are only going to be wasting energy/money. I'd keep it at 25% for now and raise the light to 24" away and see if it perks up a bit. Hope that helps. I can't find much...

Well you've got the tent now lol. What size is the tent? What light will you be using? If you place the fan and filter outside the tent it'll give you more headroom. Looks like it's in a garage? What's the temperature in there?
