80 watts at 3ft away should be sweet to start them off. That's very little light. Is it one of those lights with a blue spectrum switch and red spectrum switch?

Plants look good. What size is the area you are using? TS 3000 covers ~ 4ft x 4ft In the middle pic it looks pretty tight to be able to fit a 600 watt HPS in there too. That would probably be too much light
