Nice looking girls! I have no idea the answer to your current debate though ha ha. I tend to favor less plants instead of lots of smaller potted ones just for ease of keeping up with everything..

Yes I've noticed that about the watering with fabric pots too.

I just upgraded from 3 gallon to 5 (smart pots) looking forward to the difference... Although to be honest, I usually veg 6-7 weeks in these 3 gallons and things turn out great, I'm a little hesitant to change it up...

Yeah, I tend to get them out of the cups at the start of week two, which is earlier than a lot of people I see, so I've been thinking about leaving them a little longer personally...

Not a bad idea, I've done it before as late as late week 4 - the buds on either side where you topped it will grow big...

I've grown out a ton of bag seed (found some real gems too), but for what it's worth, I've seen maybe 70/30 female to male out of maybe 30 or 40 bag seeds I've grown... If you get a male, save that pollen and you can be a pollen chucker! It's fun... Just tell people that's what it is if you give...

I haven't used it before, but people say you need to watch out for calcium deficiencies because most tap water already has enough... So people supplement RO with cal/mag...

Glad to see they are doing well. Yeah, just keep putting in that 6.5 water and don't worry about the run-off so much for sure. Also, I wouldn't even worry about adding any nutes with that FFOF soil for at least a week or three...

I also suspect this is not PH problems. Most of my newb issues were either overwatering, or undernourishing... Good soil, regardless of regional differences, should buffer out ph issues for the most part. As long as you're putting in 6.5 or something close I would worry more about other things...
