If you're indoor and have a extra leafy strain, then cutting a few fan leaves here or there won't hurt up through like week three or so flower, depending on the strain of course. Especially to get an even canopy, I will take strategic leaves off up to this point usually all the time combined...

Yeah, what I usually do is I wait until I chop and then just take the fan leaves at the same time and leave the rest. I like the way the little leaves sugar leaves curl around the bottom of the nugs. Protects the trichs... Then just dry trim it later etc...

I think it mostly comes down to just being easier to go ahead and chop those off before they droop down after starting to dry. Some defoliation is good for getting the light down to lower flowers, but just a few days before chop it doesn't really do much of anything good or bad in my opinion...

Ok that should be plenty of light I would think, could turn up the LED's probably... I think you did the right thing by flushing... Hopefully you won't see it spreading or get worse.

How much light out of curiosity? Have you checked runoff for ppms/ph? I don't think the tops look bad at all honestly, just looks like normal leaf growth, maybe some burnt tips a little bit. But the bottom, if I had to guess looks like nute lockout/burn to me... Could be wrong though... I think...

So the Gaia flush went really great. Girls perked up immediately and next day all the big leaves are nice and straight / pointing upwards. Flower growth has really started to take off too, although on this big girl, it's still one of the slowest to flower I've ever seen, which has me excited...

Thanks guys I knew you would have good advice! Yeah slurry was 560 ppm, 6.5 ph for the droopiest one. What went in two days ago was around 960ppm/6.4 so I think she's eating pretty good it seems. Just started upping the Herc as you said last time. Also was thinking about a Gaia flush, good idea!

I forgot to add that also getting my purple strain seeded up turns it really pretty purple too oddly. Basically when the flowers swell up.. so waiting until a proper finish will do it for the right purple strains.
