Black Spots and Dryness of Bottom Leaves HELP

I am going what I have personally experienced. You are correct in saying nute burn has a yellowish and later drying tips, but that is only 1 way. Not thinking in my last grow I had transplanted my babies into starting soil then added the Miracle Grow plant food to them way too early. They...

    does timing matter?

I have and always will use 16/8 lighting. 16/8 lighting is said to induce more females and larger root growth. I say stick with 16/8.

Black Spots and Dryness of Bottom Leaves HELP

From what it LOOKS like, it looks over nuted and definitely dry. I had the same problem and my leaves looked exactly like yours do now. I transplanted them into slow release nute soil and the plant started to thrive and eventually dropped the leaves on its own. Make sure to water AS SOON AS...

    plants dyyyyiiiinnnnn

Not so sure it is a heat factor. The plant doesn't usually droop like that. It will more likely have burn tips first. You may be correct on the water situation though. Make sure you only water when soil looks (or feels) dry. Have good drainage as well. Good luck! Check out this site for...

    does timing matter?

You can get good cheap ones for about $6-$7! Make sure your plants are staying on a strict lighting schedule as to not induce hermies by messing with the lighting. Anyway, good luck on your grow! I'm sure all will be good.

    PPPP Pure power plant problem.

Yes, that is strange that the one strain is doing great while the other one isn't. Maybe it is genetics. Make sure you have good drainage in your pots. Are you using a slow nute release soil?

    How do they look?

As of right now your plants look very healthy! Congrats. As for me, I am not big on pruning. Almost every part of the plant absorbs light energy and uses it for its own energy. I just use a lot of side lighting and so forth, but only pull off yellow leaves on the bottom sometimes. Anyway...

    Question about power of CFLs

I personally love Home Depot as they always have packaged deals on CFLs. Here is an example of one of the bulbs they have there. SearchResults They also have 150W equivalents and the bulbs that you showed as well. I just use a lot of 100W and 150W equivalents for my CFL grow. Seems to do...

The plants look ready for flowering, but if you wanted to you could veg them almost as long as you wanted. Remember your plant will double and possibly triple in flowering. Good luck!
