So I got a couple medical clones from a clinic in my area. Pure Power Plant and a Dutch Dragon clone I was told. I transplanted them into larger pots with with Miracle Gro potting soil. The DD has since rocketed in growth. The PPP however has grown, but the growth is terribly slow. The leaves seem to be healthy, but all new leafage on the plant is bright yellow. It seems that the leaves turn a healthier looking green after they've matured a little. I wonder if this is genetic. Aside from the strange yellow color the plant seems to be healthy. Any thoughts?

Leaves yellowing across the blades and slow growth is a sign of overwatering or poor drainage from the soil.
Yellowing and dying of leaf tips alone is indicative of fertiliser burn.
How often are you watering? How big is the problem pot? Under lights or outdoors?

My bad, I was a little too stoned last night and I forgot to post the grow specs. I should know better.

The pot seems to be very heavy and damp all the time. I don't think I have watered the plant for over a week, but it retains it like a mutha. The leaves are not dry or dying, just a bright yellow. I think you diagnossed my prob right off the bat. THANK YOU!
How would you handle this problem? Transplant into better soil/perlite mix? I've heard great things about this strain so I would hate to let her go to waste.

Yes, that is strange that the one strain is doing great while the other one isn't. Maybe it is genetics. Make sure you have good drainage in your pots. Are you using a slow nute release soil?

Sounds like 4theist20 has sorted it out. There's a difference between the soils of the two pots. The problem plant seems to have some drainage problems, like the soil is packed in too tight or there's not enough sand/gravel in it to encourage water to drain well.
Humidity is also too high at 70%. High humidity slows the transpiration of water through the leaves and thus also slows the plant's ability to remove water from the soil.
Ideally, the plant should be able to suck up enough water to dry out the soil/media to the point of requiring water again in no more than 2-3 days. If the soil doesn't drain well, a temporary workaround is to simply give it less water until the soil dries out significantly.
A better fix is to repot in better drained soil, perhaps with a couple of inches of coarse (non-limestone, pref sandstone, pea-sized is good) gravel in the bottom of the pot.
The way to tell when to water is when soil is bone dry to a depth of a 1-2" from the surface. Below that, it should be damp but not wet. Saturated soil has no oxygen, necessary for root development.
