    DIY with Quantum Boards

I built my DIY 650r with a pair of HLG240H-C2100b drivers to limit them to 480 watts. Prefect for a 4x4 tent without CO2 enhancement. Dim them 650r to 480-500 watts and you'll get great results. The refurbs are a great deal! my experience in the computer business selling refurb printers etc...

Yes, the Scorpion Diablo and I still have my DIY copy of a 605R. I'll post some pics soon of that light and tent shot. I'm thinking of breaking down my other 605R copy into smaller lights for my other two tents, 2 for the 32"x32"x60" tent and one for my 2'x2'x4' tent. I might order a custom...

Ok, enough! If you want to discuss non HLG lights, there are lots of threads for them, this is not place to be posting these. You can ask about HLG all you like, no problem. As HLG's rep on this forum, I've no interest in discussing competitors lights in this thread.

My new and my "old" Diablo lights are hard at work right now! Just moved the GG autos and a few Blue Dragons to the tent, which just got put back up. The Scorpion Diablo now has just photoperiods under it. I'm growing a Mazar i Sharif landrace, a few Black Ice ( my own cross, Black Domina x...

    DIY with Quantum Boards

Not appropriate to post this in HLG's thread, that's like me posting an HLG light in Mars Hydros thread. And there's no comparison between a light like that and an HLG light. Ask them for the lab report of the sphere test fr that light, see what they say.......

The voltage will peak at the voltage drawn by the board with the highest draw. The boards are not exact matches ( although they are pretty close ) so if one board draws .2 more voltage that's what will flow through the chain. Either of those drivers will only run 2 boards in series. Using as an...
