Don't know how I never saw this thread before. I like it.

Here is my project for the summer. pool 005.jpgpool 004.jpgpool 001.jpgpool 002.jpgpool 003.jpg

Epoxy floor w/non slip grit. Propane furnace and ventless heater, water softner,100k btu propane boiler with powervent, trench waterline in. piping,insulating,electrical,stairs,deck/landing automatic bromine/chlorine dispenser, trench water line and set the swimspa. Rolled it in on pvc pipes slick as a frogs ass. Jacked it up pulled the pipes out and set her down.

the stairs are on casters so I can roll them out. The access panel with the pumps and controls are on that side.

It holds about two thousand gallons. I still have to make the boiler work with the controls on the swim spa though. Not exactly sure how I am gonna do this yet. I have a couple ideas. For now i'm just turning it on for a couple hours a day and it retains it's heat pretty well for 24 hrs. .

Probably gonna add a solar water heater next year. Thinking about adding a sand filter soon.maybe put it under the deck idk yet.

The guy wants to do some kind of mural on the walls. I was like damn.... Why did you have me paint them white then?

This thing is friggin bad ass. I swear you could almost surf in it. I got paid for the job, and the kids and I get to use it daily ;) Of course I am responsible for the maintenance too though.

Finally got tired of the Ugly, and decided something had to be done. Took me a little longer than first thought (but then again, doesn't everything) plus it makes the task of getting wood on the deck a whole lot easier.

Thanks. Yes, everything is vinyl for posts and railings, ¾" alum balusters, vinyl clad composite decking using the CAMO hidden fasteners. Lattice with moldings are vinyl and the trim is all composite. Total, and I mean TOTAL Maintenance Free for longer than I'll live. That is, of course, the normal clean up/hose down will be done, but nothing else exposed that would need tending.

Yeah no kidding. Me and my buddy were just talking the other day how the weather went from summer to winter and fucked our outside shit all up. I ain't got too many inside projects left to do though. Guess I'll just have to get high, wait and do nothing.

Just finished it up and it's running smooth as can be again.

Good looking out dirtsurfr!

I had the part sitting on my kitchen counter till it was ready to go in.

It's below 20º outside so I was able to slip it right on by hand.

If its a tight fit don't beat it on, just take it in the house for a hour and then it will slip right on.

when pins are tight we'll chill them with dry ice till they shrink up.Then heat the other parts w/ a torch.Usually they slide right in
