Well, genetically they are still inferior, nothing can be done about that. there is another reason that intelligence fails to manifest abundantly in black people; dumber people make a dumber culture.

Western North Carolina and eastern Tennessee did not have many slaves, which is fortunant for the people who live there today because it means that the population of blacks is manageable.

NOBODY has been able to domesticate any african animal, not even the zebra, and keeping herds of domestic animals was highly impractical before the advent of firearms, resulting directly from the presence of many Hungry Hungry Predators who would leap over a Kraal and nom your livestock at the slightest whim.

even India, with it's previous tiger issues didnt have nearly as many apex predators per square mile lurking outside the village waiting to make a meal of your livestock.
