Well, I can't say that I blame you but I'll be sorry for it to end. I just got back after all.Honestly, there’s 30 other threads of mine between here and the Farm. How many times can I say the same thing, or show the same pic’s or whatever. There were very few questions or responses, it just doesn’t make sense to me to continue putting additional time into it. An exact same thread, start to finish, with the same strain is sitting over at the Farm. I’m busy with other things, it seems like the perfect time to wind it down.
Ha! I too just made an account this morning just for this particular run. Blew me away.I had to make an account just so I could post on here as I was very impressed from your diary and the results you managed to get!
I have the same size 4x8 set up as you and if yielded anything close to 100 oz id be very happy lol
I see that you use pro mix bx as your medium, is that a potting soil or coco? I assume coco as I didnt think you have to PH in soil
Pro Mix is peat based so still soilless with a little more moisture retaining ability.I had to make an account just so I could post on here as I was very impressed from your diary and the results you managed to get!

Im from the UK so I havent seen the pro mix BX but we typically use bio bizz all mix with is a peat based potting soil or coco coir.Pro Mix is peat based so still soilless with a little more moisture retaining ability.
Yes treat it like hydro salts work great with pro mixIm from the UK so I havent seen the pro mix BX but we typically use bio bizz all mix with is a peat based potting soil or coco coir.
With the peat based soil we dont need to check PH or EC levels as it self buffers the PH
So is Pro Mix similar to bio bizz all mix or would you treat it as a hydro and adjust PH & EC?
Its confusing as on the website it says pro mix BX is a general purpose potting SOIL which comes PH balancedYes treat it like hydro salts work great with pro mix
Pro mix bx is not soil it is ph balanced I use megacrop 1 part every watering with 10-20% runoff. I see lots of people trying to run pro mix like soil adding all kinds of stuff to it, an have all kinds of problems it is a soiless mix more like coco than soil. Been growing with pro mix almost 40 yrs.Its confusing as on the website it says pro mix BX is a general purpose potting SOIL which comes PH balanced
So I take it as you would treat it as a soil grow and not need to check PH.. enough of the rant
Technically it's soilless so I'd pHIts confusing as on the website it says pro mix BX is a general purpose potting SOIL which comes PH balanced
