He has more to worry about than the case in NY, they have him by the balls in the documents and obstruction cases with Jack is coming at him like a freight train and him tied to the tracks squirming.I believe this will play out in court, and if Trump is innocent so be it. If he is guilty you can stop saying "the democrats are scared".
With rule of law, feelings and fear have no relevance.
That used to be the attitude towards NY city slicker elitists, it changed overnight at the sound of a dog whistle.
I don't think she is shedding any tears she is a pretty good lawyer too and knows what awaits Donald when he is caught up in the "machine" and ground to tiny pieces as it slowly wears him down while eating him alive.why do i get the strange feeling Hillary is sitting back and laughing her as off while eating crumpets and sipping of champagne......saying"guess who getting lock up now bitch"
The Jury may not find him guilty, that is a different thing than innocent. He's guilty, I'm already convinced of that. Agree with you that the standard to be met in a criminal court to produce a guilty verdict has a higher threshold than the court of public opinion. Trump has the same right as anybody else to be presumed innocent under the law. But that does not mean I have to believe he's innocent.I believe this will play out in court, and if Trump is innocent so be it. If he is guilty you can stop saying "the democrats are scared".

The article Printer shared showed what it means that they are felony falsifying charges. It puts the campaign money matter on the table with a jury considering it.The Jury may not find him guilty, that is a different thing than innocent. He's guilty, I'm already convinced of that. What John Bolton said on the matter:
And I think it’s important to stress that in this case that involves hush money to a porn star to cover up an affair that later involves cooking his company’s books, you have not heard a single Trump defender stand up and say, ‘Oh, that’s not the Donald Trump I know.”
The republican champion pays for sex. They just melt in the arms of our Canadian stud, our secret weapon of defense against Trump...
Here is Justin showing up the old cuck in that famous "I wanna fuck you" photo.

I read Printer's article and listened to Bragg's press conference (link below). Not sure if I my post needed that clarification you gave. I agreed that the jury might find Trump not guilty but that's a different matter than being found innocent. I don't understand why you felt the need to point out there are felony falsifying charges. Not disagreeing, just uncertain if I understand your post. The article Printer shared showed what it means that they are felony falsifying charges. Because it’s a distinction with a difference.I read Printer's article and listened to Bragg's press conference (link below). Not sure if I my post needed that clarification you gave. Yes, the jury must consider if the DA sufficiently proved his allegations that (1) Trump knowingly, through Cohen, made those payments to Daniels and (2) fraudulently recorded them as business expenses in order to (3) cover up the crime of committing a violation of campaign finance laws. All three acts must be proven in order to call Trump's crimes a felony.
I think he's guilty but I've grown leery of my ability to predict what will happen in a jury. Before then, a lot of water will go under the bridge including contesting the validity of Bragg's case.
This doesn't go to trial until Dec 4th and until then Donald is under the control of the judge, so if he gets too out of line, he might get hauled back in. However, Donald will have far bigger trouble before then in Georgia and when Jack gets around to indicting him for the docs and obstruction cases, all likely to happen before his trial date in NY. I'm sure if Donald is found innocent in NY on this case, they will immediately ask the judges to drop all the other cases against him, since it might make the magats mad! They are gonna get multiple kicks at the can with Donald and if they lose this one in NY there are others pending concerning his business and other matters in the state. He also has a court date in NY for the Carrol lawsuit next week.I read Printer's article and listened to Bragg's press conference (link below).
