Poland has allowed Ukrainian pilots to pick up about 70 Mig-29 fighter jets to use in battle.

Wondering why there isn’t a band of international pilots ( Ringers ) that could be at helm of soviet era jets to blast the russian convoy into submission. Arm them up with appropriate ordnance and stop them.

Small weapon fire and guerrilla tactics have been quite effective so far with anti tank weaponry ( stinger / javelin and TOW ) Also learned that patriot missile systems are to be deployed to Slovakia.
Has anyone rung The Expendables?

Scary thought. Shame the world has nukes.
I think I will find a little sunshine everyday when it comes to believing that Putin must be thinking what a dumb-ass he is for doing this.

Death by 1000 cuts

Russia tries to stop Western companies fleeing the country
Mark Thompson byline

It looks like BP the oil company is trying to sell it's assets and get out of Russia like other companies are doing.
The Russian Economy is bleeding from a thousand cuts and going on 2000 cuts.

That makes me happy.

So go somewhere else to watch them. Bitching about Putin's state paid propaganda not being pushed on youtube as some kind of 'censorship' and not just common fucking sense is just ridiculous.

Unfortunately nobody is stopping Putin from ordering his trolls to produce the lies he wants pushed, but that doesn't mean others have to be forced to carry it.

And 'the media' troll is bullshit if you actually believe it and are not a paid propaganda troll yourself.
Yeah, yeah, censorship is common fucking sense, quite goebbelesque way of thinking... If you really believe any media is unbiased, then it's a lost cause, you might as well continue watching CNN and your geriatric twat of a president, stuttering and mixing Ukrainians with Iranians, what a joke :-D

I liked the orange monkey better :-D

Pretending like there is not a war being waged with the brainwashing propaganda spam using the bullshit argument you make is naive at best. Just because dictators are paying trolls to manufacture a narrative that they want birthed (using their people's money to do it), doesn't mean that it is legitimate non cherry picked information. And 'media' is a bullshit term, you are 'media' when you post here, just using your little trigger word 'CNN' doesn't mean shit.

And our geriatric president has been doing far better than the dictators of the world. And just flat out pants Putin in real time ruining his little bullshit pretext narrative that he was hoping would win him support to invade his neighbor. So it makes sense that some little triggered troll would appreciate the one that bent the knee to the worlds dictators more.

In my opinion Putin's 40 mile long convoy is moving very slow if at all.

Biden said Putin is hoping NATO will get involved and Putin will have the War he wants.

We have got to not fall for it.

So NO we must not shed blood in Ukraine and give Putin the War he wants.

I despise any kind of censorship or cancel culture (pure fascism). I don't give a fuck about Putin but things I come across these days are beyond common sense.

They are now banning Russian cats (!?) from competing in cat competitions. Wtf? :-D :-D :-D

This one is equally insane. I can't decide if the weirder thing is his title being revoked or the fact Schroeder is a BVB honorary member

There are many more examples of these pointless idiocies, let me know if you want them posted here.

So Biden spits out this nonsense and you instantly believe it, like a bot. No, nobody wants nuclear war. Not even his greatness chairman Kim :p

I'm also very much against mixing sport into this. Athletes shouldn't suffer for they country's leaders atrocities.
Besides, I can't recall any US athletes being banned for competing ever, yet US involves in a conflict with a sovereign country almost every year.

Wars come in many flavors and this one will be very kind to Joe. White Christian freedom fighters with guns and guts resonates deeply with the republican base. Donald got caught with both feet in his mouth, but most other republicans see the writing on the wall, even Trump is trying to back peddle.

Whether they ban Russian cats or sports teams is largely up to the private interests involved, most people are pretty disgusted and calling their own shots over this. It will be cold war 2 until Vlad eats a bullet and the Ukrainian war will go on for a long time unless Vlad suddenly finds himself dead. Vlad made a fundamental military blunder by failing to secure western Ukraine and the border with Poland, he's wasting his time and troops attacking eastern cities, cities can swallow whole armies and urban warfare is hard on troops with high casualties. Time is on the side of the Ukrainians here, eastern Poland is becoming a vast supply dump and training ground for the Ukrainian army. Everyday he wastes destroying cities is a day of increasing military strength in western Ukraine because we will or are training and arming Ukrainians a regiment at a time in western Poland.

I only disagree in the war's length prediction. I think (and hope) it'll end very soon. But it's just a bet. It mostly depends on the goals set by Russian military command. Destroying the Azov battalion is clear, in what they call "denazification".

However, about demilitarization, from info I've got, I didn't find any explanation on what the goal might be. Complete demilitarization is impossible in such a large country, and I think if they insist on it, the war will never end (unless he receives that bullet).

It's interesting, the tactic Russians use - forming completely autonomous military convoys with their own hospitals and repair workshops, that act independently (with the help of air raids and helicopters), and only after them come heavy armored vehicles.

For me, one of the biggest questions is - will Russia go as west as Ukr west border and try to connect to Transistria?

I'm afraid that we haven't seen full potential of the attacks yet. I hope some kind of agreement is reached so we never get to see it.

Bullshit, The you can cry the programming trigger words all you want but it is bullshit at the end of the day. Online communication has been weaponized and pretending otherwise because you have been tricked into thinking that somehow everything should always be able to be posted and stay that was regardless of how it is being used is just maintaining the scam.

And as for the cat show snow flaking, what you are saying from a different point of view is that people can't use their personal platforms to protest Putin's murdering his neighbors.

My country's philharmonic orchestra banned Tchaikovsky :spew:
Was it your country, or the orchestra's decision? You really should learn the difference.

It is going to get much worse and the eastern cities will be reduced to rubble. I figure they will just stand off and pound them into rubble and won't even go in, in many cases, urban warfare is costly in casualties and Russian conscripts are not up to the job, it will soak up their best troops. They will need those quality troops to take western Ukraine in the face of a rain of modern western weapons in the hands of trained Ukrainians from prepared defenses. There is no end game here and time is on the Ukrainian side, in a month they will be much stronger and unless the country is secure, they will not just defend the west, but will create havoc for the Russians all over the place, attacking artillery units and supply columns with highly mobile forces. They will be advised by NATO and will have very good intelligence which acts as a force multiplier. Drones will be operating there too and nobody knows who is flying those...

Poor cats don't deserve this :(
Im sure they will get over it.

It might actually be nice for them to not be stuffed into a cage and shipped across the continent to get ran through hoops.

And if the organizers of that event can do their small part in sending a message to Putin and his cronies to stop this kind of violence on innocent people, it will be worth it.
