I am sad that the renaming campaign failed. Webb’s power as an administrator was marred by his active campaign to find and fire the sexually unconventional, regardless of achievement.Replacement for the Hubble.

That’s was a half hour well spent, watching that.
Really puts things in perspective.
At some point in my life I figured that Absolute Everything and Absolute Nothing are the same thing because neither can have any boundary.
To learn everything and to meditate on becoming nothing are the same pursuit.

The scope is specialized for very far targets. Those gold mirrors will follow the Lyman-alpha line into the infrared. I wanna know what is at redshift 20+.

Well, they scrubbed the Virgin Orbit launch. I still managed to see something cool: Proteus being towed to the flight line. Some small hardware pod was underslung.
