Coconut coir should I ?

It never fails.........the OP wanted information on coco because he was considering it, and some "soil jerkoff" comes in. Instead of actually addressing the OP's questions about the subject..........he tries to convert him over to his way of growing because his method is best.
That would be like the hydro guys going into the organics section and trying to convert them over to hydro.
I always scan the thread first and if there is a mention of soil.........I move on..........I don't try an intervention.

that wasn’t a personal attack.
Not directed at anyone in specific, I don’t enemy look at anyone’s name on here really to recall who said what.

and plants don’t know anything, they lack a brain. They respond to the environment they are in.

imo, make it as close to ideal natural settings as possible.

lol, thread title ‘coco cori should I’ and ‘I’m thinking of using coco’.

just the way coco supporters here are responding to a different opinion would be enough to turn me off from it.

You're being quite selective about which thread content you quote.........what about his questions in the post?
He already said that he had previously grown in soil, so he didn't need your input..........he wanted input about coco.
Regarding your coco supporters comment.........seems to me that you're just as passionate about soil.
Please don't respond to this.........I don't wish to continue any type of interaction with you.
Have a nice day.

lol, ask me a question and ask me not to respond to it. Classic. I responded to op with my opinion because maybe it would be helpful to them.

if op thinks I’m wasting their life by posting, than they can say so. So far that is not the case. I think they displayed interest in my opinion as a matter of fact.

I have done this and that but just trying to save him the time/effort I wasted to get to realize, replicate ideal natural settings as best as possible.

I have coco in my soil, should help you be happy with me again.

Well not to get off point, but most of my growing over the past 40 years were gorilla grows in SoCal. My best grows we’re in sandy soil near small to mid sized streams. To me now that I can legally grow indoors, a coco/perlite mix is the closest I can get to the optimum natural environment that weed loves best. Just my opinion. It grows bigger and more potent plants faster if done right, that’s a fact. As for “Natural and Organic” those terms are so misused it’s ridiculous. If anyone feels the need for pure organic s they wouldn’t ask about hydroponic growing in the first place. I guess I’m just saying I’m crazy for coco puffs! Love it and while I will still grow outdoor soil plants indoor is coco all the way.

Whats wet on the inside and hairy on the outside. It starts with 'C', ends with 'T', and has a 'U' and an 'N' in the middle?

Oh good I was worried I turned the thread off track. I don’t know the answer, but I have a coconut for brains so probably will never figure it out.

i've grown in coco for more than 5 years now, using hempy buckets...i get great results.
the plants get about 25-30% larger than i was getting in soil, and they grow about 25-30% faster.
you can argue about quality all you want, but people like mine so much i can hardly keep it long enough to get it decently cured, people are texting me all day, asking if its ready yet. if i'm not careful, i'll run out myself because people snatch it up as quick as i tell them it's ready.
the biggest pain in the ass is daily watering, but i recently got a set of blumats, and they're awesome, i only hand water once a week now, to rinse out the depleted salts left behind when the plants consume the nutrients they were bonded to.
