So how do I know who is a reputable breeder and who is not except through experience? If you asked my opinion about the three seed sellers I listed:Or buy seeds from a reputable breeder.
Take a look in this forum:So how do I know who is a reputable breeder and who is not except through experience? If you asked my opinion about the three seed sellers I listed:
1. Canada Seed Bank - I bought 10 Durban Poison seeds and only 1 germinated. I contacted them several times and they just ignored me, so I will not shop there again.
2. I got 4 Denali seeds from the OCS (Ontario Cannabis Store - government store) although they came from Erbaceous. All 4 germinated and are doing well.
3. I took a sampling of the inexpensive seeds from Uncle B's to see if they were as much a bargain as they appear to be. The germination rates varied, but the plants are doing well. So we'll see how good the buds are at harvest time. I was getting hot pepper seeds anyway so the added cost was incidental.
I was trying to get some pure Sativa's with a focus on those with THC-V. The Durban Poison and Thai Sativa should be what I am looking for, but we'll see how they turn out.
How do you determine a reputable breeder? Can you recommend one or more for future purchases? I need suppliers in Canada and preferably in Ontario.
