It is pretty amazing to think that we were mentally functionally the same as we are today for about a 100k years or so with not much to do but watch the world and survive it.Without light pollution, the stars were easy to track.
I gotcha anyway topWithout light pollution, the stars were easy to track.
Would’ve been pretty nice in a way.It is pretty amazing to think that we were mentally functionally the same as we are today for about a 100k years or so with not much to do but watch the world and survive it.
I don't care if someone is atheist. I have my own belief of science (Quantum theory) mixed with folklore. An Individual 1 supporter, though, well...I’m cool with everyone’s religion or lack of.
My uncle was an atheist.
To each his or her own here in AMERICA
no one said i don't do what I wantMy wife lets me do what I want.
what if the missing link is that we are crash survivors from a distant galaxy and have no memory of it.It is pretty amazing to think that we were mentally functionally the same as we are today for about a 100k years or so with not much to do but watch the world and survive it.
please entertain me, do explainI don't care if someone is atheist. I have my own belief of science (Quantum theory) mixed with folklore. An Individual 1 supporter, though, well...
The winter solstice. A holiday about as old as the human race. I have nothing against religious folks, I just see the world different than they do.What is it you’re celebrating at CHRISTmas?
I agree, but am happy living in a time of modern medicine and toilet paper.Would’ve been pretty nice in a way.
I really hate being called 'atheist'. I don't like having to be labeled something because others believe something and want to brand me. But I know that is my own bullshit that I have to deal with.I don't care if someone is atheist. I have my own belief of science (Quantum theory) mixed with folklore. I like to think about how we are 1 trillion or so entities wrapped up in one meat suit. And somehow our creators are really the ones inside of us pulling our strings and pushing our buttons to create new meat suits.what if the missing link is that we are crash survivors from a distant galaxy and have no memory of it.
I get ya. I really do.The winter solstice. A holiday about as old as the human race. I have nothing against religious folks, I just see the world different than they do.
Most of my adult life I've loosely followed the Muscogee (Creek) tradition. I was raised on stories of Polly Parrot, the daughter of one of our two chiefs who refused to take their people on the trail of tears. She took a band and moved deep into the river swamps. Those people became the Bogs family, the first family of our local Creeks. And since I'm kin to the Bogs, I always assumed I had a goodly amount of Creek heritage. Sadly when I did 23&me, it turns out I'm 98.5% Western European. But I still get excited about being on the square grounds for green corn.
what if they (aliens) slept with homoerectus and boom Homosapien.I agree, but am happy living in a time of modern medicine and toilet paper.

Also how different every planet is that it is highly unlikely that any being from a different planet would be able to survive in our particular blend of pressure/gases/temperatures etc, so manipulating a existing life form would make sense if they wanted to get something done on a different planet.
