There are two possibilities, either you are correct or you are wrong.

Possibility one

So if "society" has this right, where would it come from if no individual person has this right ? If no person has this right, they cannot delegate something nonexistent to another person(s) / "society" . That would be like me giving you half a sandwich which I don't have. This MUST be answered or your assertion is incomplete and not a proof of anything.


Possibility two

If an individual has the right to quarantine another person, then "society" (a collection of people) would not have any greater rights, since an individual also has that right. This would disprove your claim.


You haven't proven anything, you've simply made an unfounded claim. Fail.

Is "rightful legal authority" (over other people) a real or artificial concept ? Do you believe another person has rightful authority over you whether you agree or not ?
