Ok Thumper and Sco and crew...question about supporting the limbs on the BlueBerry. The limbs are between 3.5' and 4.5' long.

What I need is a way to support their heft (because I agree, the node spacing on these are inches, so I'm envisioning 3' long buds on every branch haha), while still maintaining mobility so I can transport them inside when the rain comes.

I was thinking about bamboo polls in the dirt around the outside edge of the pot and then attaching the branches to the poles and the main stalk (with string) so it is supported from the middle out and the underside.

What would you guys do? As soon as these start putting on weight its gonna be a massive liability. But I dont want to lose mobility either. Any ideas?

What if you cut a piece of plywood to sit the pot on top of... then you can screw 6' 2x2's on each corner and attach the netting to that ... that way when you need to move them you can just slide a dolly underneath the plywood and the whole rig moves

Looking good fellas…. keep up the great work. I just harvested 3 beautiful ladies and have a few more going for another 3-4 weeks.
 
I’m putting a fan above the doorway and a vent on the opposite end. I also have 4 new double hung windows that have been taking up space in my garage for a few years. I couldn’t return them because they were custom sizes so I figure I’ll just use them here. I’m thinking I’ll put one on either side of the door and then the other 2 on the opposite end. This time of year I’ll just take the sashes out and leave the screens in and put them back in when it’s time to go weathertite.

Great idea then put 4 Bamboo poles on the edges that insert into the plywood so it all can be moved because the Scrog netting will open that sucka up to add airflow and add support as well.
plus you can use gardening wire or twine to tie of any trouble spots. thinking about doing the same thing myself actually with the plywood maybe i'll let you know if i think of a better idea and thanks for the idea with the plywood Stealthy !!

They are loving it, lots of sun where they are! We have encountered some outdoor issues like bugs and maybe some kinda fungus or mold but it's all good experience, learning alot, lots to learn still!
