Yea, my pure indicas already have budlettes and the others are firmly in "pre" to "transition" mode.
I agree about the stretch. I back off the N a little at this point, but dont totally deprive them of it. They will get the same calmag as in veg, about ½ - ¾ the N, and a steadily increasing diet of flower nutes, eventually ramping up to full on flower mode, where I switch over to Botanicares "Bloom" and "Sweet", calmag, and unsulfered molasses.
The BlueBerry is over 6.5' now. Stretch should be starting soon...
The Pure Indicas, Bubba Kush, and Grand Daddy Purps are all happy. Between 5' and 5½' tall...
Cant want to see the stretch, and for flowering to really get going. This is when it gets exciting!

Those look great. Its amazing how fast they can react to positive changes in their environment.
It will be very interesting to see what those look like when they stretch. They have some serious potential for density if the light is good. It looks like most if not all of the bud sites have amazing airflow and access to direct sunlight.

Nice that you got them in smaller pots. If it's raining like crazy at least you can stick them under something to keep it off.

Yup. That was the whole reason for doing all pots this year! Didnt want a repeat of last season.
I am getting the garage ready to act as their bunker for wet weather. 2 new circular oscillating fans and taking out the garage door opener so I have the height I need. Hopefully it's a dry fall, but its good to know I can evac them if its not.

The almanac is saying drier than normal for September and October which gives me some hope. Really hasn't been too rainy this year compared to others but we'll see.

Looking at the structure of some of these plants, it could be an incredible harvest.

Thanks. I dont know how much sense this makes, but I spent a ton of time trying to build up super healthy roots early on, and changed my watering habits. Almost like I am doing a hydro grow in soil pots.
Usually, we do 1 or 2 waterings a week and they are good. But this year I switched to smaller waterings more often. They are asking for water every day and I give it to them. And now we have plants that are 2x larger then usual in the same size pots with the same soil and same genetics.
I guess I'm gonna try to do it like this from now on. Haha.

Yesterday, I felt like flower was right around the corner.
Overnight they grew their first legit budlettes. Amazing how fast it happened on these Pure Indicas.

This photo is bittersweet ... this has been my birds-eye view from the house all year, but the greenhouse should be completed by the end of the week... once that goes up my view will be gone ... oh well, fair trade I guess

It's a beautiful garden. The plants look amazing. I cant wait to see them flower.
Of course...once you put a greenhouse around it, you will be promptly ejected from the "OUTDOOR" thread. Hahaha

I tried 3 different strains with varying results, my 2 Badass OG Cheese from seeds started indoors grew very slow when first putting them outside but now are growing strong with no issues, I tried 3 Lemon autos that all just stopped growing when putting outside and I pulled them, and 1 Critical Purple Kush clone that is now getting windburned and some leaves are yellowing.

Yea. It's cool that they will be finishing inside a greenhouse. You should expect stellar results. The training plus how clean they are plus being safe from the rain...should be a homerun.
I'm digging this half and half growing I'm doing this year. I have autos cycling in the tent throughout the year...these are Double Grape from Mephisto (4 weeks to go...first time Ive ever seen trichomes covering stems from fan leave to main trunk...hahaha)
and the outdoor ones playing the long game for Sept/Oct. I like always having something flowering to check on everyday. And having the quick finishers in the tent to experiment on. First year doing a tent, but I'm loving it.
