i didn't say his kneeling was a disservice to blacks..don't you read ALL the posts or do you just cherry pick? my comment was in response to kapernick telling people to not vote, if indeed he said this.
OMG Sky you are part of the freakin problem in America.
Kaep never said don't vote. He said he did not vote because he felt like both candidates are proven liars. Do you " research " ever ?

“To me, it was embarrassing to watch; that these are our two candidates,” Kaepernick explained in an October interview with CSN Bay Area. “Both are proven liars and it almost seems like they’re trying to debate who’s less racist.... You have to pick the lesser of two evils, but in the end, it’s still evil.”.

Do you have any decent cherry recipes.? Do think he was for Bernie ?

"bullying"? How can anybody be bullied into voting against their conscience?

That's why we have the right to privacy when we vote. So that nobody can tell us how to vote or punish us for the vote we made. You cry about "bullies" when convenient and then go on to call for abolishing the right to privacy when voting. Hypocritical bs post of you made there.

Regarding the rest of your post: reductionist logical fallacy.
Ummmm isn't every Senator's vote made public with yay, nay, or abstain? :dunce:

Your vote means less than jack shit. Their vote can be worth up to millions per vote. Which is both legal bribery and extortion.

Like you guys sending Collins coat hangers as a threat of a Yay vote means so many millions of crowd funded dollars to a candidate as extortion.

Your crying about right to privacy is hilarious, especially if done with an electronic booth or absentee.

"If voting made a difference, they wouldn't let us do it." Mark Twain.

Yes, yes, I'm already aware that you fascists oppose people having the right to privacy when placing their vote. Also you don't want people to vote.

Manchin isn't your Senator, he's West Virginia's and they have every right to pick whomever they want.
You let Manchin get away with voting with Republicans more than 60% of the time and giving them another lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court by saying "the voters of West Virginia get to choose whomever they want", yet hold Bernie Sanders to a completely different standard and deride the voters of Vermont for him having a D- rating with the NRA instead of an F

So voters get to choose who they want to represent them when it comes to Manchin, but the voters don't get to choose when it comes to Sanders. Got it.

More hypocrisy exposed

Somebody should tell Joe that he's running for national office.

Hey, Pad, when did we change the constitution to allow Californians to vote for a West Virginia Senator? His campaign website says nothing about this. You should give him a call and let him know.
Federal campaigns are funded by people in every state. You're ignorant if you think this move will gain Manchin any Republican votes in West Virginia. It will only lose him Democratic votes, which is good. He's holding an actual progressives seat anyway.

it's ok to think it as long as you don't actually use it.

Yes, I'm ignorant about a lot of things. Did you know that there are many more registered Democrats in West Virginia than there are registered Republicans? The breakdown is 43% D, 32% R and 25% Independent. So, this is certainly not a ploy to get Republican votes. Another thing I'm ignorant about is that while the country in general favors a womans right to privacy when making medical decisons, 81% in West Virginia don't.

West Virginia is not California. If his vote is representative of Manchin's stance on abortion, his views represent his state's views on this issue.

Why go after Manchin for doing his job? Aren't there plenty of Republican Senators who voted for Kavanaugh and represent states that are more like the norm for this country?

Perhaps money would be better spent on states that have a Republican Senator who voted AGAINST his states views by voting Kavanaugh? Collins is one example. There are others who should be made to pay for going against their electorate's decision.

I get that you hate Democrats but the real reason Kavanaugh is a Supreme Court Judge is because of Republicans.

Gardner is gone after his vote today. He faces re-election in 2020 in blue Colorado and cannot survive anymore

Gone

That's my point. The whiney left-overs from Sanders's failed 2016 campaign are on the warpath for Democrats because they failed to stop Kavanaugh? Give me a break. Kavanaugh was affirmed by 51 Republican Senators and ONE Democrat -- who in fact represents an anti-choice state. Why are they baying for his head when the most profitable pickings would be Republican Senators from states that aren't so rabidly against abortion?

I'm ignorant about that. I do admit.

What Pad hates - is not getting his way and realizing that people in general do not share his lofty opinion of himself.. He has as little respect for democracy as Trump. Types such as him make up their mind on what they want and think that their "mental superiority" DESERVES to be the way everybody else votes. They project their thoughts on to others in spite of overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

But in reality, he is just a petulant little bitch that can't even move out of his parent's home. He is a symptom, not a solution.

His type is a very poor addition to any coalition because his ego and childish attitude make him unable to compromise. I submit that it would be very difficult to find three more egotistical people anywhere than Tty (with his self-monument of sigs), Schuylaar (who cannot help but speak in the third person) and Pad with his intellectual dishonesty and green font.
