Criminal biker clubs don't always wear their cuts "vest" when going out to commit crimes. That would be pretty stupid. They wear them when they want to look tough/cool. So back to killing all harley riders?

I wouldn't say there were zero paralelles that could be drawn. But it's entirely different and there are enough of those differences to make it a weak analogy.

If they don't wear their vests I doubt they take their bikes to do those crimes, if they don't want to be fingered for either the crime or being in a biker gang. Incognito means on foot or 4 wheels.

So then to what extent are they bikers? You say sometimes those guys take off their biker gear and go out and commit crime. Then they don't resemble those civilian bikers anymore.

Its so different for so many reasons. They usually encounter the dangerous young black males in crowded urban environments. Bikers are most often out on the road away from their home block. Percentage of population fitting each discription is different, and quite a few white men are killed by cops under questionable circumstances as well.

They had a shoot out at a restaurant in waco, 9 dead. Very peaceful. They traffic meth and humans. Yeah 1% ers are a gang just like the crips. Those tattoos you mention can be covered with this thing called clothes. So, we can't tell the difference between them and civilian riders.
