I have ordered frozen tails marked warm water...cold might be better but I still say I never had a bad one. I had relatives in Sydney, NS. I remember going out on a boat and pulling up traps (the boat owners) and boiling them on shore. Those guys showed us how to eat them with out silverware. Just a knife to cut them open...and they acted like that green thing in them was the best part.

ns dosent compare still stand by what i say just try them you wont be disapointed

Warm water bugs just don't really compare... No claws for one, and they are just not as sweet as Maine lobster, that's just the way it is, some things will never be the same...
