So at which age can a person consent to something, anything? At which age can a person consent to sex with another person?

Is consent an action that can only occur when it agrees with a statutory law? Or can "consent" be manufactured forcibly?
For instance when did the people that pay for your maintenance ever consent to do that?

When I was 13 and had relations with a 15 year old lass did she rape me or is it possible we both consented ? If it's impossible that either one of us had the wherewithal to consent, which age do you think it magically occurred?

Also, if you take money from people that haven't consented to giving it to you, are you not in some way molesting those people or are you magically exempt from being called a molester when you take things from people that have not given their consent?
