the greens are hoping for a dozen MPs this time around
They should already have that!!!
Good leader with very questionable political strategic capabilities.
Ask yourself why they don't already have more seats....damn still pissed about this...

Wanted to edit the "good leader"...but not sure what I want to put in there....

I think change is in the wind...this judge seems to have his shit together as far as I can tell...telling a witness they are stuck in a box until their testimony is done...high 5 on that....I didn't understand the purpose of the guy from Isreal..and he was our witness...and I read his affidavit....this 3g limit has me concerned...

What about this...if we are forced to get a doctor to renew our script and they refuse, I file a human rights complaint. If the courts have said I am to be guaranteed access and the docs deny me that access, they are violating my rights.
First it's not if the courts...the courts have...very valid argument.

I really don't understand the point of any non-Canadian witnesses. This should be a made-in-Canada decision, by Canadians and for Canadian patients.

Baruch was a "defendant" witness meaning for HC not us.
we are the "plaintiff" side
today's witness Sandvos from the Netherlands is as well an HC witness, as well witness Grootendorst.
Tomorrow's witness NASH is a rebuttal for our side (plaintiff)
Then it's up to Judge Phelan

one thing i get from the John Conroy/Jason Wilcox video was that there is a lot of evidence the judge has to go over. they give their evidence in writing. both sides go over the evidence and then whe that witness is on the stand, they ask questions based on what they submitted so we are not in on a lot of the case.

I have to agree with Raider. I have said in the past and continue to say that regardless of the outcome this will drag on for years.
I say this based on the history of Court decisions and demands made of HC to make changes, and how HC responds.
HC will appeal everything, delay, and implement the bare minimum.

It takes time for change. Small steps. We are moving forward though.

I tell you what moves change faster though...having some patients (martyrs?) get arrested and go to trial. If cases get into court it speeds things up. Why do you think there have been no charges and trials for concentrates over the last year?
You think the feds want to go to court with a home grow cultivation charge of 12 plants with a patient?....No way, they know they will lose. Better for them to not lay the charges.
I've said this over a year ago...the best thing to happen is to get a few volunteers to be demanded to be arrested and go to court.
get a pool together for the lawyer fees & off we go! i don't know if i would volunteer for that one though

That would be nice but doesn't sound like it's going to happen. Sucks though.
that's why Turmel stepped up!
the Conroy video, Conroy says they drafted up an appeal as well but there's no mention of it anywhere. If Conroy had one more plaintiff-valid ATP & PPL but need changes-we wouldn't be in this situation....well there would still be an issue for those who's lic's weren't renewed
