Currently the only stuff I can vouch for is the green maylay, and mixed bali

since it gives doses and is likely pre-pressed pills with labelling for doseage in another country your in the wrong

Maybe I wasn't clear enough. There aren't dosage recommendations. It only labels how much of the substance is in each pressed pill, and is labeled as not for human consumption. Still pre-pressed pills, which presents an out for CBP to win in the longrun if I don't put every ounce of effort I have into fighting. But the labels are printed with the purpose of avoiding exactly this. It's pretty much a standard in this business that, if you as a vendor fail to follow, will result in your own failure. Also I never said I was indefinitely hiring a lawyer. I only asked if I should consult one in regards to wording my appeal. Anyways.

you may just have to send them a registered letter, you may have to sue them in federal court, or anything in between.

basically they expect you to argue with the "relevant supervisor" and justify your demand for the return of your property to the specific port of entry where they jacked you.

copy the letter, prepare a refutation of their claims about why they seized it then try and figure out which asshole you gotta send it to.

This sounds like a lot of hassle and a monetary risk I'm not really willing to take to get back a package that isn't mine. I only felt it was my duty to take care of it because I insisted on shipping it to my residence after receiving a few other shipments of the same nature to avoid circumstantial hassles... which may be why this happened in the first place. At any rate I probably won't be pursuing this after all, especially given the implications of fighting it (bringing them to my door, offering my name to the gvmt etc.. It would be nice to have them back since we likely won't see them in the states much in the coming years but it's just not worth it. Appreciate the response and info though.
