Thanks for all the response. I will start posting full size pics, but I was lazy. I couldn't see the ad while viewing the pics? Everything is going real well, hoping to get some work in there done today.

Good to see ya. What is the average price per kwh there?
Hi Wonder,

I think I am paying 8c per kilowatt? 8 or 9cents... I haven't received a bill for this house yet, so I'll let you know...

I pay about 30 bucks a week off my electricity, so when I do get the bill, I don't feel like I'm being kicked in the face with an army boot....:bigjoint:

Nice grow by the way...

Have been working my ass of on the breaker panel, controller, and irrigation controller.
The blue box is the irrigation controller which houses two digi timers, and has 2 outlets per timer. The breaker panel has (4) 15 amp breakers(1 per outlet set), and 1 30 double pole breaker for the light controlller. The other box is a light controller with (4) 220 outlets for the ballasts, and a timer outlet above.

Thanks Raider, I am getting ready for the next setup. Its been tough spending a lot of cash on it, but it will reduce the cost signifigantly when I am actually setting up. I may even be moving the 2X4's with me so I can get going ASAP.

Great job, wonder!
Thanks Doe, I like what you have done in your world. Very impressive. I would trade 2 600ws for each 1000w any day........

Thanks. Well, I actually haven't had it running yet so I dont know. I will be running 4000ws of HPS 24/7 off that panel. With 220 you everything runs a little cooler than 110v. I don't think you would want to run more than 1500ws at 110v where at 220 it is much much higher. 220 is really just 1 more hotwire, but of course can be done with 3 wires safely.

I taught myself. It is fairly simple. I still need to refer to a a book, (which I will add a pic of) when it comes to the laws of electricity, and building regulations. Always good to stay in compliance. I am being a sissy and running everything at less than 50% of rated load.

ive thought about doing the same haha. real world skills like that are so useful. especially when youre trying to grow indoors with a lot of light ;-)
Helps you be a lot safer as well. I guaruntee that if you found the right guy, you would understand very quickly. I would love to be an electrician....

few hundred miles east, eh? you might end up in my neck of the woods.
sounds like it....
