Hey Wonder, quickie question about vertical for ya, if you don't mind (apologies because I realize this thread isn't vertical, but I'm trying to get as many opinions as possible).
Would you say that bud quality was diminished when growing vertically? Since you don't rotate your plants, is one side of each cola a leafy mess whereas the other side is dank?
Trying to make sure that's not gonna be an issue before I spend a couple grand on a vert/rotating system.

Bob, I did not notice anything like you were talking about. I trimmed the back side accordlingly throughout the grow. I did have MH on the sides which produced differently than the HPS buds.... Overall nothing that I noticed. I am interested to see what you decided on and have up your sleeves

I can't get the damn AK to root........ Everything else was fast and as normal. But the AK in flower is looking tits........ wish I could get it to root. I got them in clone form, with plenty of roots.........

Nice nice, sounds like a good mix of genetics there. This Kandy Kush is blowing my mind. It is now taller than my wife, (wish it weighed as much as her too!). NYC diesel should be sick. Would love to get some of that.....
Any info or insight on the church and SLH.
I thought the Kandy Kush would be a little more bushy, but despite my efforts, it reached for the sun, and needed a little support. If it doesn't produce as needed, I will try it LSTd and/ or super cropped. Give all genetics a few tries before they get tossed.

few rounds ago i did the pack below a sorry no journal
plus 2 outta 5 pack of SLH +1 Nlseeds ice and medibud + 1 freebie dinafem W.W all in a 5x5x7 tent.
Green House Sativa Indica Mix A Feminized
the super lemon haze produce fat but slightly dense nuggets and had mad flower sites seemed like the limbs were gonna collapse from the fluffy fucks..loved the taste potent lemon 4sure especially on the exhale..
definitely no ceiling high but mine seemed pretty sativa dom. also. i had a couple fist size flowers on her she could eat if you let her..
the church was good had a hashy flavor very coated nuggets which i was surprised it seems to have more visible ones than my one of my super lemon. changed many colors and got purple on a few good spots and temps wasn`t even that low. I forgot to flush the slh prolly would of tasted better if i did.
wish i still had pics the slh. one got pretty close to the reflector and didn`t really burn but the trichs were not to great prolly from happening the other was coated and perfect.
i had the worst stretch i ever imagined 6ft plants in a 7ft. tent. lol
this was all in soil and my first go at anything humidity was like 80 % because of the massive foliage and even after i bought a 50pint dehumidifier it only dropped 15%.
mold got the whole top of my great white shark and destroyed my medibud
but i yanked them quick so it didn`t infest the rest and still managed to get 1g per watt. dried despite the severe height issues.

No worries. Good to hear. Right now I have 2 that are 5-6 feet. Definitely looking forward to getting some bigger grow space. The height issues may have what got you up to that GPW.

I have been really lame lately. Life has been a little busy and stressful lately. The room is doing real good, and I haven't really had to do anything in there except water and feed. Everything is packing up and I am giving them the last dose of the transitional nutrients(General Hydroponics Line, 10/ml per gallon each) I will be switching the Koolbloom out for the Beastie Bloomz after a week or so with the next nutrient concotion. SO lately I have been working really hard on all sorts of DIY for the new room.
Breaker Panel, with 240v and 110 volt outlets. All I need to do is wire the feed line into the subpanel and then plug it in. ALso built a controller with the 240v ballast cord outlets(behind breaker box in pic), so I can shut the ballasts down before the flip flop box, flips the lights. Another controller box with 2 Digital timers, for irrigation. ALso bought 10, 10 gallon smart Pots, and need to get some tables together soon. Also started building some large carbon filters for future use. Enough said.

Lookin killer brother. It sounds like you have been busy. I feel your pain on the slow rooting. I just threw out my enitre cloner full ( 24 plants)after 3 weeks and no roots I bought a new botanicare 45 aero and am 7 days in in that one.) Word of advice, run bleach throught your pump after every run if you are using aero system.) I didn't and figure that is what happened. Funny I was just braggin about having 100% success with my clones..that's what I get.

Yea I hear Ya. I got some roots on 1 AK, I wouldn't say they were in ideal conditions, but its been about a month. I have used bubbleponic cloners with success, but hate how slimy and nasty the shit gets....Lookin killer brother. It sounds like you have been busy. I feel your pain on the slow rooting. Ihaven't had any slime, but typically have roots in e 10 days, non at 21. So I pulled the plug on them. I plan on bleaching my DIY system and using it as a back up now that i have my new one. I have actually though about clning some other shit in it, like orange tree shoots or something..lol What the hell right? Sorry for the rambling, I am little medicated on some rice crispy treat my wife made..yum yum I ate a bunch.

Well it looks like you will have plenty of meds comming your way soon. I make butter out of the fine trimmings and tiny popcorns that I don't feel like trimming. I tried the bubble hash, but I use much more butter and oil than I smoke hash.

Hi all. Just got back to town today from a nice little vacation. Good food, good drink, and the people I love. Can't beat that.
Tomorrow they are getting their first dose of flower nutes, with the Kool Bloom. After this feeding I will be swapping the Kool Bloom for Beastie Bloomz. I bought 10, 10 gallon smart pots for the next run.
Looking forward to seeing these girls after they get the good nutrients, although I must say I am pleased with the transitional process
