Race is physical characteristics. Ethnicity is cultural factors. In order to debate we need a simple common dictionary to agree to use. My dictionary can't be different than yours, his, her's, that guys or this girls.

u.s.a. is a democratic republic.
government is not limited by the Constitution anymore and we are a "republic" in only the loosest definition of the term
