@ChronicObsession I'm curious. . .I didn't see the thread with the Obama pic, but was it your impression that it was Black people who were butt-hurt over you posting the image or was it the guilt ridden whites who were being offended on behalf of the Blacks?

Disagree. That chicken was roasted uncovered, at 400 degrees minimum. It actually looks like about an hour at 425 to me. It also had some stock or something in the roasting pan. And I'm guessing it was a little dry. It could still be Peruvian though.
