Great idea, putting your email address on a marijuana growing site stating how you are trying to buy seeds. Better yet, who the fuck would send you a product before you sent the money, and then you back up your intentions with the next sentence:

"its not a massive loss if you dont get my money"

So are you a cop, or really stupid?

I would send him seeds for free if he needed them. Hell he is in the UK, be cool to send some good genetics his way. I took his post as a peace gesture. Just my two cents worth...

My girlfriend is growing blackberry from sativa seedbank...fifth week of flowering, got lots of claw going on, buds are small and kinda weird looking, no trichs, no smell...unimpressive so far....we´ll see what the other plant will be like once it starts flowering...
I am growing Raspberry Cough from the same company, and it looks much like the blackberry but even worse...

I been smoking blackberry for awhile now. Its allright but I never found it to have a good taste. It has the look and potency but not the taste. I've tried like 3 different blackberrys in the past few months. all looked different but not tasty. I'm guessing its a good commercial strain. I could be wrong

From what I have heard, the original Blackberry is a cross utilizing the DJ Short Blueberry genetics. A West Coast development. Taken from a fellow poster from a different board who is very credible:

He also mentioned that the Blackberry he works with is a Blueberry x Afghani cross. Seems like there's lots of similar names floating out there for different strains.
Yep. It appears that there are at least four versions of "Blackberry" in seed form (although not all different...looks like the ones from Riot ans Nectar seeds are similar if not identical)...and probably at least the same number of clone versions floating around as well.

The Blueberry x Afghani cross you mentioned might actually be Blackberry Kush

Probably a cop... or a customs agent.

I grew Nirvana Blackberry which someone above said is the same thing you are asking about. Mine were great yielders, check out the pictures below. Smoke is very strong from a bong and makes me cough. Vaporized in a Volcano the harshness is gone and the berry flavor really comes through. For me the high is potent, and a bit couch-locky. I seem wide awake but glued to this chair wasting time on forums. On nights I smoke Blackberry I get to bed on time and sleep through and wake up feeling great. So I would recommend this to persons seeking relief from anxiety and insomnia. It's also great for appetite stimulation which I don't need. I compensate by eating a light diner knowing I'll have the munchies later :eyesmoke:

In the first picture the flash washed out the purple. In the second picture shot in natural light you can see the purple I got on the tops of the colas. The last 2 pictures were from about 3½ weeks into flower. By the end of flower they stunk to high heaven with the smell of fermenting tropical fruit. Indoor growers will need odor control for this strain. I topped them at 12 inches and they bushed out real good. The branch and leaf and bud density were such that I had to take the cola's first and then give the rest of the plants another 10 days to ripen. These lower buds gave the best smoke, better than the tops, with sweeter flavor and a stronger stone.

The buds on the left came from the tops and the ones on the right came from the lower plants 10 days later. The tops are denser with more red hairs and some purple in places. The ones on the right are greener but with more "sugar" frosting from the extra 10 days under the light.

I would recommend this strain to a friend.

I dont know what nirvana and sativa seed banks deal is but i will tell you with absolute certainty that the nirvana blackberry is the sativa seeds blackberry because my bags of seeds came with stickers on them the only one that had a nirvana sticker on it was the wonder woman my black jack and black berry had sativa seeds stickers on them they are working together or are the same company who knows but nirvana sends out sativa's blackberry, that being said i haven't planted them yet im kinda wary about em you know im hopin to find someone who has first before i pop em in and dedicate a bunch of space for em

Thank you both for clearing the air up a bit. I just ordered these seeds and I'm very excited to give them a go outdoors alongside Maui Waui and Swiss Cheese from Sativa Seed bank. I think it's kind of unfair to blanket statement things as people and their respective growing environments are often what dictates their results and success. As we have seen with these previous posts, some people have had great success with the Sativa Blackberry strain and seeds. Was hoping to get purple buds, but from the looks/sounds of it that is hard to achieve with this strain, I will have to wait and see :bigjoint:

I just wanted to add to this thread because my experience was That good, hence the username. I grew 10 fems from sativa seeds. They were incredible. Bud quality was phenomenal on every one. Nice dense buds too. Didn't get much quantity but I was happy. Some turned purple also. Leaves n all. I really wish I had pictures it makes me sad that I don't. I'll be ordering them again soon though. Strong quality strain.
